A little background
About the author–Cassie Dunn, now a third-year at UCLA, forsook a lucrative career in chemical engineering for the pursuit of her infinitely more fulfilling, while somewhat less well-paid, passions: English and theatre. She enjoys recycling the paper sleeves from hardback books and saying words like “canoodle” completely out of context.
About the blog–”Something is a-Bruin’” is an op-ed collection that the author writes while eating lunch, and is usually supplemented by pieces of surreal dreams she had the preceding night. (The name comes from the author’s deep-seated suspicion that UCLA is responsible for most of her mental tangents).
